• During extreme weather conditions, we pack the box with cool gel to keep it cool, this is not for consumption.
• We ensure that you receive the chocolate boxes in perfect condition.
• We have partnered with leading courier partner and it will take about 3-7 days in order delivery.
• The ChocoGift do not hold any responsibility if any delay happed from the courier part, we will surely try our best to follow-up with the courier and deliver at the earliest possible. There shall be no refund or order cancellation arised due to delay in shipment already in transit.
• Order once placed cannot be canceled or refunded fully or partially.
