Choco ManualART was started in 2016, with a special purpose, to make gifting personal and memorable. We started with chocolates with photos and logos, which come in customized boxes. Today we have delighted 600+ companies and 20,000+ customers.
2. Do you have a shop we can visit in person?
No, we do not have a physical shop. All orders are taken online and delivered across India. Our team is always available on WhatsApp to help with orders.
3. How do I place a large or bulk order?

4. Can I request custom designs for a bulk order?
Yes, we make completely custom designs. You can choose the box print, chocolate shape, print and inside message as per your choice.
5. How long does it take to fulfil a bulk order?
It usually takes 5-7 working days to complete a bulk order. We share the timeline once the design and payment are confirmed.
6. Is it possible to preview a sample before confirming a bulk order?
Yes, we provide digital preview of the design. If you want, physical samples can also be ordered (at a little extra charge).
7. Do you check the products before they ship out?
Yes, every product has a proper quality check before shipping, the print, packaging and chocolate condition are thoroughly checked.
8. What’s your full order process from start to finish?
You choose the product and design, then get a preview. After approval and payment, production starts. After check, the order is packed and shipped.
9. What’s the best way to serve printed chocolates?
Store chocolates in a cool and dry place. Remove the wrapper before serving and present straight away, their printing is their beauty.

10. What kinds of chocolate do you use for printing?
We use milk and dark chocolates which give a rich and premium taste. These are special soft and smooth chocolates which print well. You can choose 100% milk or 100% dark chocolate as per your preference.
11. Are your ingredients high-quality?
Yes, we use only premium quality ingredients, be it cocoa, milk or flavouring. Quality and hygiene are taken care of in every bite.
12. What’s the best way to store printed chocolates?
Store the chocolates in a cool and dry place. Do not keep it directly in the fridge, otherwise the print may get blurred. It is best to store in an AC room.
13. Are the chocolates safe for people with nut allergies?
Our chocolates may come in contact with nuts. If you have a nut allergy, we recommend that you confirm with our team first.
14. Do you offer different fillings or flavours?
We currently have solid milk chocolate, butter fruit, roasted and assorted flavours available. Filled chocolates are not yet available, but customisation options are available.
15. How accurate are the colours in printed chocolates?
We use food safe edible ink. The printing is clear and crisp, but colours can be slightly faint as it is directly printed on the chocolate.
16. What’s the shelf life of your chocolates?
Our chocolates have a shelf life of around 6 months. However, it is advisable to use them within 2-3 months for best taste.
17. Can you do embossed or engraved chocolates instead of printed?
We currently only make printed chocolates. Embossing or engraving is not yet available, but we are constantly trying to add new options.
18. Do you have sugar-free or vegan chocolate options?
We do not have sugar-free or vegan chocolates yet. But if you have any special requirements, you can tell us in advance.
19. Are your chocolates machine-made or handmade?
Our chocolates are made by professional machines to ensure uniform quality in printing and shape. But there is definitely a human touch in packing and customization.
20. What types of chocolates do you use?
We have a wide range of chocolates like printed (rectangle, circle, heart), roasted, butter fruit and assorted square chocolates (with customizable wrappers). All the chocolates come with premium quality and great taste.

Branding is done on the top, bottom or side of the box as per your requirement. The whole box can be customized with your theme or logo.
22. Can I get fully custom packaging made?
Yes, we design the whole box as per your requirement, color, logo, message and inside layout everything is as per your choice.
23. Can my message be printed in a different language?
Yes, you can send your message in any language. We can print the message on butter paper in Hindi, English and other languages.
24. Is it possible to have different designs on each chocolate in one box?
Yes, different designs or names can be printed on each chocolate in the same box. For this you have to share all the designs in advance.
25. Can I send in my own design for the chocolates?
Absolutely! You can send us your design, photo or logo. Our team will edit it and prepare it for printing and send you a preview.
26. Can each chocolate box be personalised with a photo or name?
Yes, you can get a photo or name printed on each box. This makes the gift personal and special, especially for birthdays, weddings or corporate gifting.

No, we use food-safe edible ink and professional printing machines. The print does not fade or smudge if the chocolate is stored properly.

Yes, we can print individual names on each box. You just need to provide all the names in the excel sheet and we will create the design accordingly.

Yes, we provide multiple address delivery facility. You provide the address list to us, and we can send the gifts directly to each client or employee.

Yes, if you share the GST details then we provide a proper GST bill which will be valid for your company accounting.
