Incase of printed /photo chocolate - The Printing will be done on the chocolate with edible ink which is safe for consumption. No fillings inside the these chocolates.
Butter paper message - Printed only in black and white color on butter paper. No emojis or language other then Hindi/English will be printed. Choco ManualART accepts no responsibility if other language text is shared and an error occurs.
The box's printing will be manually laminated by our experts to guarantee absolute quality, ensuring that you get the best.
Box closer - The box may be stuck to close with the help of a sticker with Choco ManualART printed on it.
The back side of the box may get printed with the company contact details.

Shelf-life and Storage:

Shelf Life: 3 Months.
Keep it in a cool dry and hygienic place.
The temperature required – Up-to 25 degrees.
Refrigeration not necessarily required if temperature is maintained. Kindly keep the chocolate box inside the fridge or below the required temperature for 30-45 minutes when delivered.

The shipment is packed safely in a box to protect against any damage to chocolate during the transit. During extreme weather conditions, we pack the box with cool gel to keep it safe. Do not consume this cool pack/gel. We ensure that you receive the chocolate boxes in perfect condition. Additionally, we have leading courier partner working with us including Blue Dart, India Post, Delivery, and DTDC for traceable and reliable transit. Delivery lead time for bulk order is 7-10 working days however Choco ManualART do not hold any responsibility if any delay happed from the courier part, we will surely try our best to follow-up with the courier and deliver at the earliest possible. There shall be no refund or order cancellation arised due to delay in shipment already in transit.
